01 Time

Engaged in a specific niche market for more than 2 years.

02 R&D Expenses

Last year's total R&D expenses were not less than 1 million RMB, accounting for no less than 3% of the total operating revenue.

03 Operating Revenue

Last year's total operating revenue exceeded 10 million RMB, or if it was below 10 million RMB, the total new equity financing in the past two years reached over 20 million RMB.

04 Indicator Score >60 Points

Thirteen indicators across four categories—specialization, refinement, uniqueness, and innovation capability—are evaluated with a maximum score of 100 points. An evaluation score of 60 or above, or meeting any one of the following conditions, qualifies for application:

① Received provincial-level science and technology awards in the past three years, ranking among the top three award-winning units; or received national-level science and technology awards, ranking among the top five award-winning units.

② The average total R&D expenses over the past two years exceeded 10 million RMB.

③ The total new equity financing in the past two years reached over 60 million RMB.

④ Entered the list of the top 500 enterprise groups in the national "Maker China" SME Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in the past three years.
